Brent Herrig Photography captured the Botanist Spring Cocktails.

Baileys, the world's top selling cream liqueur brand, engaged me to help launch their Espresso Créme product. The resulting product photographs were used in both print and digital advertising.

Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry are legends in the cocktail world, and I had the distinct pleasure of creating the product photography for their soon-to-open NYC bar, BlackTail. This Cuban-inspired spot offered a wide range of beverages to photograph, from rum drinks to champagne cocktails.

Belvedere Vodka wanted to show customers how they were Inspi(red) by the (RED) Campaign and how to show your support.  I shot on a white back drop so we could cut the drinks out of the background to use them in several different ways. The cocktail images were for both the website & point-of-sale marketing.

Borrowing a technique from the fashion world, I set out to photograph various mixed drinks against a single backdrop. This approach works well for product photography or seasonal menu photography.

While getting to know Whistle Pig Whiskey company I had the chance to photograph some of their delicious drinks for them in their amazing tasting room.

My client, Ketel One Vodka, tasked me with photographing various alcoholic beverages to promote their grilled fruit cocktail campaign. To achieve the look, I collaborated with a professional food stylist.

Glass Bottle photography requires technical lighting and a great attention to detail. When I get to photograph bottles I enjoy making them pop and be there hero of any image they are in.

With HH Bespoke Spirits I was able to create a great first look for the spirits company based in Harlem, NYC. Here we see the product in action with some great classic cocktails.

With a new season arriving that means new cocktails to match the season.  Blacktail stirs up some inventive new twists on some classic cocktails. 

Social media photo shoot for Ketel One.  We created several animated gifs, cinemagraphs, and still of both building and finished cocktails. 

Root Restaurant, in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, hired me to photograph their food, cocktails, and space shortly after opening. The goal was to showcase the welcoming vibe of this wonderful neighborhood bar through the eyes of the bartenders and guests. These are select beverage-focused photographs from that shoot. 

This cocktail shoot was for Tanqueray Gin featuring their Gin and Juice campaign.   

Photography work by Brent Herrig was done for an advertising agency for Averna Amaro brand. This collection of photos was part of a PR campaign to focus on the usage of the brand.

Now, the critically acclaimed bar has its first cocktail book, The Dead Rabbit Drinks Manual, which, along with its inventive recipes, also details founders Sean Muldoon and Jack McGarry’s inspiring rags-to-riches story that began in Ireland and has brought them to the top of the cocktail world. Like the bar’s décor, Dead Rabbit’s award-winning drinks are a nod to the “Gangs of New York” era. They range from fizzes to cobblers to toddies, each with its own historical inspiration. There are also recipes for communal punches as well as an entire chapter on absinthe. Along with the recipes and their photos, this stylish and handsome book includes photographs from the bar itself so readers are able to take a peek into the classic world of Dead Rabbit.

I photographed at The Third Man for the editorial column "We Chat With" on SeriousEats.com. The talented bartender Kasia created complex mixed drinks from simple ingredients like fennel, apple brandy and champagne.

Bottle photography requires the right lighting. Thankfully, I have developed advanced lighting techniques to bring out the best in any style bottle.

Smirnoff wanted to inspire customers with summertime party cocktail recipes. I used top down photography to visually represent the recipes, which were paired with cocktail photographs. The paired images were for point-of-sale marketing.

Freud, the latest NYC restaurant from Chef Eduard Frauneder, features beautiful, colorful cocktails, which I photographed for the restaurant's digital and social marketing efforts.

Smirnoff wanted to inspire customers with summertime party cocktail recipes. This campaign was focused on the easy of mixing and throwing a party, making it easy to entertain and make great drinks.  The ad for Smirnoff was used to market the summertime cocktail program.
